Phumla Randela holds a B.com Degree in Accounting and a post graduate certificate in Tax technician, she is the founder & director of Lushaka Wealth Solutions. Ms Randela is a professional business accountant, she has more than 15 years working experience in the insurance sector, corporate investment banking, mining industry, engineering industry and manufacturing industry.
